NZSS 2008 Annual General Meeting

Well, its time to start thinking about the 2008 NZSS AGM, which will this year be hosted by The Hamilton Tomo Group. The event will be based around Waitomo, with Friday night registration starting around 6:00pm at the HTG Hut.

There will be caving trips on for all abilities around the Waitomo area, with the NZSS AGM meeting being held on Saturday evening before the evening dinner which will be held in Waitomo Village.

Sunday will see more caving and a BBQ dinner, with the possibility of more trips on Monday.

ACCOMMODATION:

Some accommodation is available at HTG. We should be able to cater for about 40 people in the lodge and there is also scope for tents to be setup around the hut. Further accommodation may be available at ASG’s hut and other places around Waitomo. Further info will follow.
